• 1. What are the check in and check out times during my stay?
  • • Check-in from 15:00 hrs.

  Are you coming a little earlier? No problem, you can always leave your luggage with us. However we cannot guarantee that your room will be ready for you before 15:00 hrs.

  Prefer to stay a little longer? You can book a late check-out untill 17:00 hrs at reception for €50,- per room (subject to availability).

• 2. Can I park my car at the hotel?

  Yes! We have more than 200 free parking spaces available.

  There are also 3 charging stations available for electric cars.

• 3. What facilities are there in the hotel?

• 4. Do I have to pay tourist tax?

  Yes, you pay € 1.56 per person per night in tourist tax.

• 5. I want to stay with more people than planned in my room, do I have to pay extra?

  The prices of our hotel rooms depend on the date and how many guests are staying in the room.

  
  

  Please note that not every room type is suitable for more than two people. To allow additional guests to stay in the room, the reservation must be adjusted. If this is the case please send us an email via reservations@oasis.carlton.nl or call us +31 (0)181 - 75 25 02.

• 6. Are pets allowed?

  One pet is allowed in some of our rooms. There is limited availability for this.

  
  

  We charge €25 per night for one dog (or other pets). When booking, please indicate via the comments that you are bringing a dog or send us a message via reservations@oasis.carlton.nl or call us +31 (0)181 - 75 25 02.

  
  

  Pets are not allowed in the ROAM restaurant and the Pub.

• 7. Can I store my bicycle at the hotel?

  Yes, we have a number of bicycle racks on our site and we have a covered bicycle shed.

  Unfortunately, no places can be reserved for this.

• 8. What are the opening hours of the Sport & Health Center?

  Daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM

  
  

  Please note: the swimming pool is closed at certain times due to... children's swimming lessons.

• 9. Can I make use of the Sport & Health Center for free?

  Yes, during your stay you can make free use of the swimming pool, sauna, Turkish steam bath and fitness.
